About the Founder

Max Williams helps organizations build drone programs that work efficiently and effectively at scale.

Max has spent his career in the unmanned systems industry, working across defense, logistics, infrastructure, and public safety. His roles have included test pilot, mission commander, training lead, project manager, customer success partner, and more. Along the way, he has led flight test efforts on defense programs, developed pilot training for a fast-growing nationwide operations, and helped public safety agencies bring cutting edge drone programs into daily use.

Across these environments, the common thread has been work in highly-regulated, safety-critical settings, where programs have to perform reliably and stand up to scrutiny. That experience shapes how Max sees what makes drone programs succeed or stall: sound operational planning, well-trained people, the right technology, and a realistic path to growth.

Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Unmanned Systems Applications from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which he pairs with hands-on operational experience across domains and industries.

Whether you are launching a new program, strengthening an existing one, or preparing to scale, Max helps you define strategy, close operational readiness gaps, and build a program your organization can rely on.
